Announcing Infinity Care Plus

I’m excited to announce a new venture Infinity Care Plus, InfinityCare+ for short.

I’ve joined Trish (Thea) as co-founder of InfinityCare+, an introduction agency that connects families with trusted live-in carers, nannies and housekeepers.

Trish has been building InfinityCare+ quietly for some time through her own private care work, creating genuine, personal connections between families and helpers. I’ve now come on board to help her take that vision further: building the systems, structure and partnerships that will allow it to grow while keeping the same personal touch that makes it special.

My background

After more than twenty years working across health, technology and wellness, I’ve seen how much difference the right support can make. I’ve also seen how many services fail those who they claim to be working for and support, with individuals becoming a number in the system, if not worse.

Most of my career has been on the product, project and service delivery side of things, helping health and wellbeing businesses improve services and scale.

Behind every process and platform are people and this is where InfinityCare+ is different. It’s about kindness, trust and independence, and finding a way to deliver care that still feels human.

Building on Real Experience

As a former nurse, Trish brings decades of hands-on care experience, from hospital wards to private homes. She’s supported families through recovery, long-term care and companionship, and has built a deep understanding of what people truly need, not just practical help, but reassurance and respect.

Her approach already works beautifully in practice in her private care work, and together we’re turning that into a service that more people can benefit from, with the right operational backbone, structure, technology and growth strategy to enable expansion without losing the personal warmth that defines the work.

A Simpler, Kinder Way to Connect

InfinityCare+ helps families find reliable, compassionate help and gives helpers the chance to work independently with the support and respect they deserve. It’s not a traditional agency, and it’s not a platform that leaves people on their own. It sits somewhere in between personal, ethical and sustainable- “Connecting caring people”.

We handle the introductions, checks and support, so both sides can focus on what really matters: creating safe, comfortable homes and meaningful working relationships.

Initially we’ll be working with live-in-carers, nannies and house, but we have plans beyond this for the future.

Looking Ahead

We’ve started small, which feels right. The aim isn’t to grow fast, but to grow well, and organically, but on a solid foundation. A trusted community of carers, nannies and housekeepers who share the same values of dignity, respect and compassion.

There’s a lot to do, but the purpose is clear and the need is real. Helping people stay independent and supported at home isn’t just good business, it’s something that genuinely makes life better.
